My Name is Chase. I had a dream when I was younger that I would one day become a male model. I know this sounds stupid but, everyone can dream right? Anyway, at age 22 I had to deal with that fact that I was only 5'7" and done growing. I read in magazines that top designers want tall people so that they have a bigger 'canvas' to show their work on. My canvas was simply too small for them.

My stupid dream was slow slipping away. Fortunately, I figured out how to work the sophisticated Google machine and found out it actually is possible to grow taller even after you are considered 'full grown'. My guide below covers methods that worked for me, which should work for you as well.

    thanks for the sweet guide man...I looked over it and it looks like to me that these techniques will work great. im no doctor or anything but what you provided looks pretty legit. finally a good guide that doesn't have a bunch of magic bottle/magic pill nonsense.
