Free Guide: How a Full Grown Adult Can Grow 4 More Inches Taller

Most people assume that once they are an adult they stop growing. Did you know it is actually possible to get taller even after your body is done growing? The best part is that everyone can do it and it isn't all that difficult to add up to 4 inches to your height. You just need determination.

My Name is Chase. I had a dream when I was younger that I would one day become a male model. I know this sounds stupid but, everyone can dream right? Anyway, at age 22 I had to deal with that fact that I was only 5'7" and done growing. I read in magazines that top designers want tall people so that they have a bigger 'canvas' to show their work on. My canvas was simply too small for them.

My stupid dream was slow slipping away. Fortunately, I figured out how to work the sophisticated Google machine and found out it actually is possible to grow taller even after you are considered 'full grown'. My guide below covers methods that worked for me, which should work for you as well.

My Free Guide, "How a Full Grown Adult Can Grow Up To 4 More Inches" covers some great methods that actually added a couple inches to my height.

  • Why each inch more you grow will dramatically increase your happiness.
  • Techniques I found most effective that added 2 inches to my height within 3 months.
  • Visual Diagrams of stretches that can add up to 2 inches to your overall height.
  • How to get the best results out of the stretches.
  • Discuss how a diet rich in HGH(Human Growth Hormone) will aid you in your quest to add some inches to your height.

Does it work?
These things worked great for me, but take this into consideration:

In the sport of baseball, a pitcher's throwing arm is usually I to 3
inches longer than his other arm. This is a direct result of
exercise, reached after the age of puberty.

The guide I wrote targets exercises that you can do that will increase your height over time, just like the exercises that a pitcher does increases the length of his arm.

This guide IS good for:
  • People who want to see an increase in height by up to 4 inches.
  • A person who is serious about getting taller and willing to put in the work to see good results.
This guide IS NOT good for:
  • People expecting overnight results.
  • People looking for miracle pills and supplements.
  • Lazy people not willing to work to increase their height.

How to grow taller. Is it possible to grow taller as an adult?

A couple years after I stopped growing, I started to get real down on myself. I am not too short by any means and am thankful that I made it to 5'8''. However, I had always been disillusioned by magazines, sports players, models, etc. For some time I wanted to be a model but I read everywhere that most male models are 6 foot+.

I looked everywhere for solutions to gain a couple inches in height but had no luck finding solutions that didn't require painful surgery or something short of a miracle. Luckily I found this Doctor who specializes in height deficiencies. Dr. Dawrin Smith wrote a real great guide that covers methods on how to grow taller...some easier than others, some cheaper than others.

So is it possible to grow taller?

I must admit, I was quite skeptical at first. However, I was pretty desperate so I bought it anyway. After reading through the guide, I must say that he provided a lot of valuable information for anyone looking to gain inches in height.

His guide claimed to increase height by up to 4 inches. I only used to section that covered how to increase height by natural means like eating foods that increase HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and a bunch of stretches that increases the space in between each bone in your spinal column.

These stretches are actually healthy for you in the long run. Besides for increasing your height, it also increases the amount of protecting cartilage between each joint.

Is it easy?
To be perfectly honest with you, I did get an extra inch and a half out of the guide BUT it was not easy by any means. It does require work...continuous stretching over about a 6 month period and eating the right diet, which is quite hard to do these days. But if you are motivated to gain some height, you will have no problem following through with it. It all depends on how much you are willing to work.

Anyway, take a look at his guide found here. It's definitely worth a read.
